I’m Heather Vargas-Lyon, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington. I see you as the expert on your own experience, and tailor therapy to the person in front of me.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Have another question?
I’d be happy to hear from you
Send a brief inquiry using the form below. Heather will follow up by email so you can ask questions, discuss next steps, and explore whether working together feels right. Reaching out does not commit you to therapy.
Heather offers both in-person and telehealth appointments. Ask about current scheduling options and whether your location is eligible for online sessions.
Please get in touch for current session fees, insurance participation, and payment options at Safe & Sound Psychotherapy. These details can be discussed before scheduling.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Your first conversation can be a place to ask questions and begin putting words to what you’re looking for.
WHEN YOU’RE READY
Tell me how to reach you, and we can explore next steps together. A simple hello is enough.
For initial inquiries only. Please keep health details for a private conversation with Heather.
